What is Zin Uru?

By repeating and affirming the word Zin-uru on a daily basis along with daily meditation, we call upon the creator to illuminate us from within and provide us with peace of mind, body and soul.
What is the turnaround time for processing order to delivery?
We average 3 business days production and offer the following shipping methods:
Express (International): 3-5 business days
Premium (International): 4-7 business days
Economy (US Only): 7-10 business days
Please note, shipping times are estimated and also are contingent upon destination. Once a shipment has left our manufacturing centers, our carriers assume responsibility of the shipment and therefore we cannot guarantee delivery times, only estimated.
What is the delivery process?
Packages may require signatures upon delivery. However, carrier protocol is to leave the package at a specific location without signature if the delivery area meets carrier safety measures. You may visit the following carrier websites to adjust your delivery options if available.
Two delivery attempts are made from shipping carriers. After two attempts have been made, the package will remain at a local facility for 7 days before sending back to the shipper or you may risk having it destroyed. If you miss the second attempt, please contact the carrier to confirm which local facility the package is located at for pickup. Once a shipment is destroyed, Society Of Zin cannot refund the order. If you have issues retrieving your package, please contact Society Of Zin and we are happy to assist in getting your package successfully delivered.
Please note: If a package is undelivered which is caused by incomplete address, you may risk having the package destroyed which Society Of Zin cannot refund.
COVID has impacted us on a global level we never imagined or thought we would possibly endure in this lifetime. As nations across the world slowly begin to reopen, major adjustments will be made in our personal lives, for businesses, and our overall economy.
We have been very fortunate to focus our efforts in securing our supply chain for you from materials, health and safety of our teams, and logistics with minimal disruption at this stage. However, as your manufacturer and logistics support, we must adapt to global changes to ensure positive outcomes.
For this reason, effective 6/8/2020, we will no longer offer standard shipping. Due to COVID, standard shipping has not provided a positive experience for us with extreme shipping delays. For us we can no longer support the overall cost.
As of now, standard shipping will not return. International orders must use Premium or Express. US orders will have the option to use UPS Economy for a flat rate of $4.99/product. US orders with UPS Economy is 7-10 business day delivery. Economy shipping will apply to all new orders starting 6/8/2020.
If I Received damaged or defective Order?
It's our priority to make sure you receive your merchandise without any flaws.
In the event your product is damaged or defective, customer will need to contact SOZ by submitting a "Return Request" through our support email firstname.lastname@example.org. You must contact SOZ within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the damaged or defective product and you must provide reasonable proof to us of such damage or defect such as picture.
SOZ will promptly review your correspondence in order to determine whether such damage or defect warrants a new product sent to you at no additional cost. SOZ will inform you of its decision to approve or deny your request for a new product along with an explanation of its decision.
